The nest easiest to control after Photoshop is illustrator. It is one of the three that works mainly off vector designs. Illustrator is basically used for creating a design from scratch and allows you a whole lot of freedom to manipulate a shape and make it into something awesome. Illustrator is also the best out of the three for typography treatments and carrying out graphic rescaling. For those who have learnt Photoshop first and then get into illustrator it can be a bit hard to get used to the vector graphics from the raster graphics world. But illustrator is the best there is when you need to scale a graphic that you have made into gigantic or miniscule proportions without changing the resolution.
The perfect match for those in the print media and editorial world, InDesign is made specifically for working with multiple page documents and adding graphic elements to the pages.
